Product Description
Use the spot welder to fasten threads and other studs quickly and effectively
Threads and other connecting pieces present a challenge in metalworking due to the high levels of stress they experience. The S-STUD1600 stud welding machine, featuring a capacitor capacity of 72,000 µF and 1600 J of energy storage, excels at welding hard metals. Use the CD tip ignition to briefly melt the ignition tip of the stud and the workpiece. The arc is extinguished by pressure, firmly joining the two parts together. With this technique, you can weld up to 20 studs per minute. It is ideal for sheets starting at 0.5 mm thickness.

Das Schweißgerät ist einfach zu bedienen und hat übersichtlich angeordnete Anzeigen. Neben dem Spannungsregler von 20 - 195 V befindet sich ein großes, modernes LED-Display. Darüber finden Sie drei Statusanzeigen (laden, betriebsbereit, schweißen). Der Schweißbereich ist für Gewindebolzen oder Zylinderstifte mit einer Größe von M3 bis M8 und einer maximalen Länge von 40 mm ausgelegt. Für jede Ausführung (außer M7) ist ein eigenes Spannfutter vorhanden. Den Andruck beim Schweißen stellen Sie stufenlos an der Schweißpistole ein. Drei Zylinderstifte am Kopf des Schweißbrenners gewährleisten ein präzises, senkrechtes Setzen des Bolzens. Der stufenlos einstellbare Spannungsregler besitzt Markierungen, mit denen Sie die optimale Spannung für verschiedene Bolzengrößen wählen. Zwei Massekabel verbessern die Leitfähigkeit und erhöhen den Schutz vor einem Kurzschluss.
