Depending on whether you want to cook soup or keep drinks warm, a comfortable knob allows you to adjust the time between 0 and 120 minutes. The timer is also practical when pasteurising, since the food needs to be strongly heated up over a shorter period of time. If you want to keep your meals warm for longer, you can simply select the continuous operation option.

Likewise, the desired temperature can also be set between 30 and 100 °C with a comfortable knob, depending on whether you just want to keep the liquids inside warm or bring them to a boil. When the device becomes warm, the indicator next to the controller lights up. Do not worry: The overheating protection switches the device off before any of its components can be damaged, for instance during continuous operation.

To make things easier, the minimum and maximum liquid quantities required when using the device are clearly displayed by two markings. These markings are particularly useful when it comes to precise pasteurising at high temperatures. For your safety, the device automatically switches itself off as soon as there is no liquid left in the container.
