Thanks to a 28 L capacity, the robust stainless steel container is perfect for processing large quantities of meat, such as are produced daily in canteen kitchens or in a butcher's shop. At the same time, operating the sausage mixer could hardly be easier: Simply set the manual meat mixer on a stable work surface and add the minced meat and herbs, spices and other desired ingredients. Then close the lid and off you go!
The long hand crank ensures optimal power transmission and drives the four mixing paddles inside. The arrangement of these stirring blades guarantees even and thorough mixing of all ingredients. The transparent plastic lid enables you to keep an eye on the contents of the mixer. The opening in the lid allows you to add more spices as needed without having to open the mixer. The lid also protects your hands from injury. The four rubber suction cups not only guarantee stability, but also prevent scratches on the work surface.
To make removing the fully mixed or marinated meat, you can tilt the container by 90°, 115° or 180°, or remove it completely. The drive shaft with stirring paddle is easy to remove and easy to clean. All the materials used are easily to clean and meet the strict hygiene standards of the catering industry. I'm extremely pleased. The mixer is very solidly built. "Royal" workmanship, it worked wonderfully, and it's compatible with the Ma-Ga TC12 grinder. I highly recommend it. It's a shame I couldn't find a larger 50-liter one. The price is reasonable.
