You ignite the gas cooker manually. A kitchen lighter is included in the scope of delivery, as well as two sets of injectors to convert the cooker to natural or liquid gas. The unit is factory-set for I3B/P(50) gas, which is ideal for many commercial kitchens. The propane cooker’s flexibility allows you to modify it to meet your specific needs and the conditions on-site.

The hob's height-adjustable feet ensure stability on rough or uneven ground. Safety features include a flame-backflow prevention, rounded edges, integrated extractor hood, and splash guard. The housing and doors of the gas hob are made of high-quality stainless steel. The material is not only tough but also highly hygienic – perfect for daily use in professional kitchens.
