Royal Catering has developed the perfect Waffle Maker RCWM-4000-E for use in cafés as well as restaurants. The housing is made from robust and stable stainless steel while the hotplate is made from durable cast iron and enamel. The waffle iron is opened and closed with a heat isolated handle. Thanks to the electrically heated upper and lower hotplates you can make four waffles at a time. Should you accidentally apply too much batter, the integrated overflow protection catches the superfluous dough. The baked waffles are easily removed thanks to the hotplate’s non-stick coating. With the fully automatic temperature constancy control you only have the set the desired temperature, the rest of the baking process is supervised automatically. The waffle iron is also equipped with a timer function (maximum 15 minutes) with which you can set the baking time for your waffles. The acoustic signal gives notice of the baking time’s end and signalises to your guests that there will soon be sweet or savoury fresh and tasty waffles.
