The vegetable slicer is placed upon a work surface and is held in place by a screw fitting. The vegetable slicer works simply with a practical hand crank therefore no batteries or plug sockets are required. This allows you to prepare vegetables anywhere at any time, whether in your kitchen, at a market stand or in a catering tent, for this device it is not a problem.

The cutting thickness can be set up to 12 mm, so you are able to prepare thin slices of cucumbers or chunkier cuts for peppers. Whatever the vegetable or cut, all the vegetables are produced quickly and perfectly, whether it is harder vegetables such as carrots or kohlrabi, a great cut is guaranteed.

The vegetable are placed at the back of the device in a filling feeder and pushed against the cutting disc via the press. To cut the vegetable you need only rotate the hand crank, resulting in freshly cut vegetable appearing at the front of the device.
