Product Description

Induction Pan 31 L

The RCST-25E3 induction pan from Royal Catering with a capacity of 31 l and thermal insulation is a high-quality kitchen utensil. Whether in large kitchens or for mobile use at outdoor events, this pot allows for easy preparation of meals in large quantities. Its accompanying lid keeps your food warm and fresh. The induction cooking pot is suitable for electric and gas stoves as well as ceramic hobs, halogen plates, and induction hobs. Whether for professional use in restaurants, bars, canteens, or for the home chef, Royal Catering offers first-class cooking pots for all your gastronomic needs.
The induction pot absorbs the heat optimally due to the three-layer capsule base. The two stainless steel outer layers surround the central aluminium layer, which ensures efficient heat distribution and keeps food warm for longer without the need for additional energy. Cooking time is thus shortened by up to 20%, while the energy consumption is reduced by up to 30%, both of which add up to big savings in the long run.
The pot and lid are made of extremely durable stainless steel which is designed specifically for professional use. The excellent workmanship, high durability, and elegant design make them indispensable for professional use. Being odour-resistant and exceptionally hygienic, the steel pan lets you cook healthy meals in every sense of the word.
The material is easy to clean and is even dishwasher-safe. Washing the pot is a breeze, even with heavy soiling. The ease of clean-up is a real advantage, especially in professional kitchens. The all-round pouring rim guarantees that transferring sauces and soups is both easy and drip-free.

Frequently asked questions

Can I also use this pan with an electric or gas stove?

The pot is suitable for all types of stoves and ovens. You can use the pot on electric and gas stoves, as well as on ceramic hobs, halogen cooking zones and induction hobs.

I have heard that cooking on a gas stove with stainless steel induction pots is a bad idea, as it takes a lot of time and energy to heat the pot. Is that true?

No, because our induction pots have a three-layer sandwich base. There is an aluminium layer between the two outer stainless steel layers, which enables efficient heat distribution throughout the pot. Cooking is therefore very quick. This also keeps the contents of the pan hot for longer.

I have heard that it is problematic to use induction pots on gas plates as it would take a lot of time and power to heat up the pot. Is this true?

No, our induction pots have 3-layered sandwich bottoms. There is one aluminium layer between two layers of stainless steel for a more efficient heat distribution. This construction speeds up the cooking process. The contents of the pot stay warm for a longer time.
