Whether juicy steaks and burgers, fish, omelettes, tortillas or vegetables - with this electric griddle there are no limits to your imagination. The gastro grill is impressive with its low smoke emission and hygienic and very clean work method . In addition, the Gastro grill is first-class for use in large kitchens - from restaurants and snack bars to food trucks or catering events.
Cooking utensils for professionals: The sophisticated and powerful electric griddle from Royal Catering
The fully automatic thermostat, combined with induction technology and two LED indicators for each half of the griddle, ensures a precise temperature. Thanks to the powerful heating elements, which work with 2 x 6000 W, the induction grill reaches the operating temperature between 60 - 250 °C very quickly. A timer that can be set up to 24 h additionally facilitates the use of the induction grill.
The powerful grill plate of the electric grill is made of stainless steel and aluminium and quickly transfers the heat to the food. The 9.5 mm thick panel measures 910 x 520 mm. The housing of the induction grill is made of high-quality stainless steel making it particularly resistant to corrosion, neutral when in contact with food and easy to clean. The integrated drip tray additionally facilitates compliance with hygienic standards.
With the 45 mm adjustable feet, the induction grill stands securely and stably even on uneven surfaces. Thermal shutdown protection prevents damage from overheating and, together with the high-quality materials and precise workmanship, ensures a long life expectancy.
