Tempering gives the chocolate a beautiful shine after cooling and the perfect consistency for eating. The easy-to-use melting pot should not be missing from any chocolate factory or confectionery.

Tempering machine for heating and stirring delicate chocolate amounts

With its simple design, the temperature control machine makes work enjoyable. Use the large control panel to select the desired stirring speed and temperature. You can melt and temper all types of chocolate up to 110 °C in the appliance . Through constant stirring, the mass retains its smoothness and an even temperature. You can easily fill chocolate and praline moulds with the sweet mass via the outlet.
Thanks to its compact dimensions, the chocolate melter fits on any work surface. Rubberised feet hold the machine securely in place and protect the counter from scratches.
