The blast chiller from Royal Catering's catering equipment collection cools and freezes raw and cooked food. The freezing capacity of 4/209 makes the blast chiller a reliable appliance for restaurants and hotel kitchens. With its compact dimensions, the device is suitable in kitchens with limited space and as a blast chiller for the home.
Easy to use, durable and hygienic: the blast chiller from Royal Catering
The small shock freezer impresses not only with its freezing capacity, but also with a cooling capacity of 4/209, in order to keep the temperature from boiling hot to 3 °C. You can set the required settings using the buttons on the bright and clear LED display. The operation is easy and intuitive. Fill the appliance with up to 29.5 L.
The practical shock freezer is made of robust and abrasion-resistant stainless steel. The material has a high resistance to mechanical and chemical stress. This makes the blast freezer ideal for daily use in the commercial sector and it has a particularly long service life. In addition, the inert material meets the high hygienic guidelines that apply in gastronomy. Interactions with microorganisms and the formation of biofilms when working with food and cleaning agents are as good as impossible.
The shock freezer has an output of 550 W and is operated via a 230 V connection. The refrigerant is R290 (propane). It impresses with a very large area of application with very good efficiency.
