The item arrived in record time. The quality of the materials is good, the tool is solid and well finished. The instruction booklet in multilingual including readable Italian. You don't need to assemble anything, it's ready and you just need to plug it in. For the moment everything works. Considering that it is intended for fairly intensive use, we will see how long the object lasts in the future, however, considering the fair price paid, I consider the purchase to be more than satisfactory at present and the seller to be correct and punctual.

I wanted an egg cooker that could do everything, but I was dazzled by the description. The description is a joke, no explanations about the device other than how to turn it on and what you are not allowed to do. Temperature controller? Can't be found in the description. Lengthy experiments are necessary to achieve results. Eggs what size, what starting temperature (refrigerator or room temperature) At this price I wanted an egg cooker that does its job without any problems and without experiments. By the way, the enclosed "description" was a few copies that weren't even stapled together properly, so they were actually loose copies. Very poor at this price. Update February 7th, 2019 I tested the device further and actually “cooked” the eggs softly for 1 hour using the setting at approx. 62°. So-called onsen eggs. You would have to experiment a bit with the temperature and time, but the result is very interesting. The egg holders are not suitable for small or larger eggs. If possible, I buy the eggs directly from the farmer and there are eggs of different sizes in the egg box. The small ones almost fall through and the larger ones only rest on the upper edge of the egg holder, so that they float easily off the holder when they are immersed in the water .The cooker is a bit impractical for eggs as we know them. It's nice that the cooker hardly heats up on the side walls. I've now stowed the cooker away and when I feel like eating the onsen eggs, I unpack it, otherwise it stays in the cupboard .Conclusion: a cheap device for onsen eggs since the sous vide devices are in a higher price range
