The two oil tanks in the gas fryer each have an impressive capacity of 36 L. There’s a fill line that shows the minimum and maximum oil levels for easy reference. The fryer’s 7-step temperature control (120–200°C) and energy-efficient thermostat ensure perfect results for any fried dish. The integrated cold zone ensures food residue does not burn. Start the double gas fryer with the pulse ignition. The unit is factory-set for I3B/P(50) gas, which is ideal for many commercial kitchens. The package includes two sets of injectors for converting the fryer to natural gas or LPG.
