The electric stove is equipped with 6 cast-iron plates, each delivering 2000 W of power and measuring 19 cm in diameter. Each plate safely supports up to 10 kg of weight. You can control the temperature up to 450°C in three stages using large control knobs on the front of the unit. If the electric stove overheats, it will automatically shut off, improving operational safety.

The tabletop hotplates are part of the Pro 650 Series from Royal Catering. The model is compatible with numerous other kitchen devices from the series in a kitchen unit, thanks to its 65 cm depth.
