With the POTIS E1-S electric kebab grill from Potis you can prepare crispy and juicy meat every time – be it lamb, veal, or chicken for kebabs, shawarma, gyros, or tacos al pastor. The kebab machine impresses with its energy-saving construction and its rotary skewer is easy to use. Since there is no need for gas access, this appliance is particularly versatile for use in snack bars, bistros or restaurants.
Thanks to its powerful heating element, the gyros grill can work with 4500 W and thus guarantees particularly fast heating. In addition, a switch can be used to set how many heating elements should work at what intensity and whether the gyros spit should rotate clockwise or anticlockwise. This function enables both right- and left-handed users to comfortably cut the meat. The grilling intensity can also be adjusted using the sliding skewer, so that the kebab grill always delivers perfect results.
With the grease pan inserted, the footprint of the gyro grill measures just 500 x 650 mm. This gives you plenty of grilling surface for skewers with a maximum meat height of 340 mm. The robust construction can also easily bear a maximum weight of 15 kg – perfect for long-term use in high-traffic snack bars and bistros.
The housing is made of hygienic and health-safe Stainless steel and meets the high requirements of the food service industry.
