Infrared lamps dry lacquers, paints, dry resins and similar materials faster and more effectively than conventional air dryers, because the rays penetrate through the material and dry the colour not only from the outside, but from the inside out as well. With this professional paint dryer, you'll be able to prevent bubbles from forming on the material surface, while simultaneously speeding up the drying process. The short-wave infrared rays range from 780 nm to 1400 nm and are applied exclusively onto the working surface, thus ensuring that no heat is released in the surrounding air.

With its remarkably stable steel structure and its built-in brakes, this paint dryer will always have a secure stand. Not only that, but it is also extremely easy to move around thanks to its practical wheels and its weight of only 39 kg. Additionally, our product boasts great durability, as its metal lattice protects it against damage and burns from direct contact.

By means of the hydraulic arm, you can easily move the infrared lamps in all directions, be it horizontally or vertically, as well as up to a height of 224 cm. In addition to that, you can also individually control any of the two 1,100 Watt lamps, and turn them on or off depending on your needs. For even more precision, you can even adjust the angle of the light to suit the requirements of what you are working on at the time. With this paint dryer, you can dry surfaces of even up to 800 x 1000 mm.

By means of the Digital Display you can not only set the drying time to anywhere between 1 and 99 minutes, but you can also constantly monitor its progress whenever you need to. Once selected, the lamps reach the necessary temperature within 1-2 seconds. Furthermore, the control panel can also be used to select the lamps you want to use. However, the temperature is to be set depending on the distance between the device and the object to be dried (it can range between 40 and 100°C). For example, if the distance to the object surface is only 40 cm, then the drying temperature generated will be 75 ° C.
