The roll bending machine MSW-SRM-32 from MSW's professional tools collection is the ideal tool for manually bending flat and round steel. The roll bending machine is an indispensable aid for producing special workpieces with large bends in your everyday work in the workshop, factory, or garage.

To change the bending angle between 0 and 360°, simply turn the height-adjustable working roller down or up using the knurled screw. The two other rollers are firmly fixed as counterpoles. The roll bender can process 25 x 5 mm flat steel and round steel measuring up to 6.5 mm in diameter quickly and precisely.
The 33 cm-long hand crank gives this robust bending machine optimal force transfer. As soon as you've placed the workpiece between the three rollers, crank in one direction. If the workpiece does not yet have the desired curvature, simply readjust the knurled screw. Repeat this process until you've reached the desired bend radius. This device can achieve a minimum radius of 7.7 cm and a maximum radius of 140 cm.
Whether for plumbing, in the factory, in heating systems or at home, Use the solid steel roll bending machine to bend the respective flat or round steel into the shape you need in no time at all. This is done with such gentle pressure that the workpieces are not damaged or broken. You can achieve additional safety by fixing the manual roll bender to a workbench or suitably stable surface using the two pre-drilled mounting holed with 10 mm diameter.
