Very good product quality. Interesting price. Quick delivery
Everything is as stated in the specifications.
Unfortunately, there is a product defect on an axle that means the cotter pin cannot hold the wheel, resulting in loss of the wheel while driving. After a long period of contact with customer service, the problem (the axle was not processed properly) was forwarded to technology. Unfortunately, when we asked customer service, we only received a "blocking" response with "our technicians say it's not a problem." Despite detailed pictures and a description of the problem, it should work. Which is not the case. Unfortunately, it is possible for product errors to occur, but for me this is not a problem if customer service is good. Unfortunately, customer service is only able to do this to a limited extent, so the handcart now has to be returned because the problem has not been solved, nor could any repairs be made, and communication with customer service is not working.

Fast delivery
Couldn't cope with 75kg in the garden. The metal bends. The axes are misaligned.
