The only disadvantage is a higher weight of around 900 grams compared to my no-name saw. But you can see and feel that the extra weight was invested in solidity. The file supplied is exactly the right diameter and feels like a real file, not a dummy. The chain brake lever attached to both sides is also not standard on other saws. About the "sword": Although I haven't used the saw yet, I'm happy with the 45 cm because I mainly fell and saw medium-sized pine trees.

The saw is well made and can be recommended to every customer with a clear conscience. I used her to cut down 6 cubic meters of hardwood today, which she put away without complaining or bitching. Frankly, I didn't expect that. Certainly, the quality of a Stihl professional machine is not achieved. It's just a different cost category. The saw can be used at any time by the stove owner to produce fuel. The only drawback is that the guide bar for the chain is too long. A 14 inch rail would have been completely sufficient. If I want to fell trees with a rootstock diameter of 40 cm or more, then I use my Stihl 026, the MS 440, the MS 660 or the Ms 880.
