The bead roller is perfectly designed for shaping metal sheets and pipes. The device generates sufficient pressure to bead and crimp workpieces with a thickness of up to 1 mm. For use in the workshop or on the construction site, the beading machine can be bolted to the workbench or a stable table top in seconds thanks to the mounting clamp on the mounting base.  

The rotary metal tool is driven manual by a long hand crank with optimal power transmission. First the sheet or pipe is inserted between the upper and lower dies. The rotary movement of the crank then pulls the workpiece between the die with the positive mould and the counterpart with the negative mould. The adjustable stop on the lower roller allows a working depth of up to 177 mm. Depending on the type of die, grooves of varying width are pressed into the sheet. For an ever deeper bead profile, the upper roller is increasingly turned downwards with an adjusting screw.
