What should go in your fertiliser sticks, what in the feed granules? Decide for yourself which vitamins and minerals you add to maize, oats or hay. Or you can make pellets from sawdust and fire your stove in an environmentally friendly way. How does it work? You heat the pellet press to 60 to 80 °C with a vacuum heat treatment. This means that the surfaces are neither damaged nor deformed during heating. Now fill in the mass you want to press. Then a solid roller pushes the contents through a die with 400 mm diameter. The result: firmly compressed, durable pellets with a diameter of 6 mm. If you want to make pellets with a different diameter, you need other dies.
Use the practical ejection chute to fill the finished pellets directly into bags. The control cabinet is clearly laid out and can be operated intuitively. An emergency stop switch ensures safety. The pellet machine works with a 30000 W electric motor and is operated with 400 V high-voltage current. It is supplied without a connector plug.
Note: Order the binding agent for pellets at the same time (item no.: 10530000). The wheat starch powder makes it easier to press and store your pellets.
Note on wearing parts: The built-in dies and rollers for pellet presses can be used for up to 300 hours. If they are worn out, replace them promptly. Wear parts do not have a three-year warranty. For corresponding spare parts, contact expondo's customer service.
