The serving trolley has a maximum capacity of 100 kg distributed among three bus tubs with a capacity of 25 kg each and two rubbish bins with 15 kg capacity each. The three 15 cm-deep watertight tubs can easily be pulled lengthwise out of the racks for loading or unloading. The two raised bins for food waste and other refuse are also watertight and easy to remove.

The bussing cart is equipped with four robust, 360°-swivelling plastic castors for easy manoeuvrability. This enables you to turn the bussing trolley around effortlessly, quietly and almost on the spot, even with a full load and in a very confined space.
