The vegetable chopper is very simple to work: place your ingredients in the feed hopper on the back. A press then presses the material to be cut against the cutting disc. Turn the hand crank to slice your vegetables one slice at a time. The feed funnel has a cover that prevents the ingredients from falling out when turned.

The cutting thickness can be set individually from 11 mm. Thin cucumber slices or peppers in thicker slices are quickly produced and even harder vegetables such as carrots or kohlrabi are cut perfectly by the appliance.
