The easy-to-remove GN 1/1 warming pan with a depth of 65 mm makes it easy to fill the chafing dish with freshly-cooked soup, gravy, chili con carne or vegetable stew direct from the stove. 

The buffet dish is made of durable and scratch-proof materials – Stainless steel, tempered glass – and meets the high hygienic requirements of the catering industry. It also has a heat-resistant cool-touch handle that allows you to handle it without getting burnt. The heat-insulating lid impresses with its glass insert through which you and your guests can see the food without having to open the chafing dish. The cover can be easily folded upwards to remove and serve the food.

The chafing pan is easy to handle and flexible in use, as no electricity connection is required. The fuel containers are easily accessible and can be filled with fuel paste from catering supplies. They each have a lid for easy extinguishing of the flame and are designed to ensure safety at all times when using the chafing dish. The fuel paste is centrally and safely installed under the bottom of the 595 x 435 x 95 mm water container. The selective and economical heating of the thin-walled container guarantees optimum heat distribution, which keeps your dishes ready to serve for several hours. In addition, the water serves as an ideal buffer so that the food inside the pot neither burns nor overcooks. Another advantage of the water bath: even when the flame of the fuel has gone out, the hot water keeps the food warm for some time.

The entire apparatus can be easily dismantled after use for cleaning and storage.
