Whether it's a juicy chicken, kebab, or gyros, the vertical grill always delivers perfect results. Thanks to its powerful heating element, the gyros grill can work with 5600 W and thus guarantees particularly fast heating. In addition, a rocker switch can be used to set whether the doner kebab grill rotates clockwise or anticlockwise. This function enables both right- and left-handed users to comfortably cut the meat.
You will need access to gas to set up the grill. The kebab grill is powered by Natural gas and impresses with a consumption rate of 0,56 kg/h (0,74 m³/h). You can set the desired heat continuously via handy dials so you can always guarantee the roasting result you desire.
With the grease pan inserted, the footprint of the gyros grill measures 500 x 650 mm. This gives you plenty of grilling surface for skewers with a maximum meat height of 430 mm. The robust construction can also easily bear meat skewers weighing up to max. 30 kg – perfect for long-term use in high-traffic snack bars and bistros.
The housing is made of hygienic and health-safe Stainless steel and meets the high hygienic requirements of the food service industry. The corrosion-proof material gives the kebab grill a modern design and enables quick and easy cleaning. The shawarma grill also impresses with its long service life and resilience.
