With the bead roller from MSW's professional tools, you can process sheets with a thickness of up to 1.2 mm easily and precisely. Fit the upper roller holder with one of the three positive moulds and the lower one with the corresponding die and draw joints or frets into the sheet using the crank. Delivery includes three pairs of flanged rollers (1.5 mm, 3 mm, 6 mm) as well as three pairs of bead rollers (4 mm, 6 mm, 7.5 mm).

The sheet metal bead roller mechanically via a hand crank. This drives the two feeders with a feed width of 460 mm. The rotary movement pulls the sheets into the beading machine and at the same time forms them into the desired shape. Thanks to its long length, you only need a little muscle power and you can also process a large amount of sheet metal without getting tired.
