LCD Separator with UV Lamp

Whenever you need to efficiently repair a screen, be it for mobile phones, smartphones or tablets, the LCD separator from Stamos Soldering is the ideal device. Our S-LS-23 model is particularly suitable for electronic workshops and telephony services, but also for do-it-yourself enthusiasts and hobby workshops. This device is equipped with a heater, a gripper and three temperature modes. Additionally, it is fitted with a digital display to increase your work comfort.

The fast heating delivers 370 W. A vacuum suction plate (vacuum gripper) allows you to keep the repair tool on the work surface thanks to 14 W and a suction power of 0,05 Mpa. The smartphone is to placed on a special rubber mat, also comprised in the Stamos Soldering kit. No tools are necessary for tightening.

Temperature control is based on three modes: 50, 80 (recommended) or 120 °C, allowing the user to adjust it to the specificity of the screen. The selected value of the LCD separator is indicated by the LED on the front of the device, and the temperature by the digital display.

The 5 V USB port which is also installed in the front part of the LCD heater allows you to connect compatible devices. Thanks to the large high-quality aluminium working surface, you can work on devices with a maximum diagonal of 8 inches.

A drawer with a 16 W UV lamp mounted on the side of the partition screen is used to cure the mounted LCD screen. The timer function ensures that the curing time is set to 15 or 30 min. The value is conveniently displayed on the LED display of the control panel.
