This device works with a 3-phase connection (400 V +/- 10 %).
The CNC connector is designed to connect the plasma cutter to CNC controls. Once connected, it will signal the THC module, which controls the height of the burner.
The time after the weld is finished in which gas continues to flow from the torch; this cools the burner and protects the weld from oxidation.
Start the weld by placing pressure on the torch button. Stop the process by releasing the button.
By pressing the torch button the solenoid valve opens. allowing the gas to flow in. The gas pre-flow ignites the arc at the pre-set current. Releasing the burner button initiates a rise in the current to that of the pre-set welding current. The welding process stops once you press the burner button again.

Habe das Gerät nun seit 1,5 Jahren und kann nichts schlechtes sagen. Es macht was es soll.
Ich habe den CNC Plasmaschneiden bei mir auf der CNC Anlage im Einsatz.
Natürlich ist es kein Hypertherm aber da liegt natürlich auch eine sehr große Preisdifferenz dazwischen.
Zur Leistung kann ich nichts negatives sagen, ich schneide damit auch 20mm dickes Stahlblech das schafft das Gerät auch ohne Probleme. Ich aus meiner Sicht kann es nur Empfehlen.

Ich habe das Gerät vor einiger Zeit gekauft.
Leider musste ich bei einer Messung feststellen, dass das Gerät nur 65Ampere Schneidstrom hat.
Ich habe das Gerät vor einiger Zeit gekauft und ausführlich getestet. Es ist an einer CNC Schneidanlage angeschlossen.
Pro:
-Auch nach vielen Stunden Einsatz, funktioniert das Gerät noch einwandfrei.
-Gute Einstellmöglichkeiten, kompakt.
Kontra:
-die mitgelieferten Luftanschlüsse sind nicht zu gebrauchen.
-Schon schnell bemerkte ich die fehlende Leistung. Ich erreichte nicht die gängigen Dicken / Schnittgeschwindigkeiten.
Also habe ich den Schneidstrom gemessen, es sind MAXIMAL 65 Ampere! und nicht 85 Ampere welche versprochen werden.
Es kann auch nachgerechnet werden. Schneidspannung x Strom = Leistung
140V x 65A = 9,1kW Leistungsaufnahme vom Gerät.
Wer nur bis ca. 8-10mm Material verarbeitet, kann das Gerät gebrauchen, darüber ist es nicht zu empfehlen!
