The welder's control panel is clearly arranged and is easy to use while wearing welding gloves. Five toggle switches allow you to directly choose the basic welding functions (TIG, MMA, AC, DC, 2T, 4T, Pulse) as well as the welding foot pedal. You can set the required levels for power, pulse frequency, pulse width, gas post flow time and clean width value using the 8 continuous control knobs. The large LED display lets you keep an eye on the current amperage.
Show more Show lessThe welding machine has a maximum power of 200 amperes with a duty cycle of 60 percent. If the power is reduced to 154 amperes, you can weld without interruption. With its high performance values, the welder can even weld thicker metals up to 10 mm quickly and precisely.
Show more Show lessThe TIG welding torch is equipped with an 8 metre-long cable assembly to give you maximum freedom of movement even while performing large-scale welding jobs. The ground terminal and the electrode holder also provide more flexibility with their 8 metre-long cables. The comprehensive package is supplemented by a foot pedal with a 4.8-metre cable so that you can control your welder even at a distance.
Show more Show lessThis welder gives you the options for AC-DC / TIG welding, so you can work with either direct or alternating current, depending on the metal. Alternating current (AC) is suited for light metals such as aluminium or titanium. Direct current (DC) can be used for welding more robust metals such as steel, stainless steel, copper or brass. The torch produces few sparks and spatter and guarantees pure, high quality welds that leave very little distortion. In addition, you can use the welder in various positions, whether vertical, horizontal or overhead.
Show more Show lessFor TIG welding, simply select the pulse frequency on the control panel, which will enable you to precisely weld thin sheets, among other things. You can set various parameters including pulse frequency and initial, base or end current using the control knob.
Show more Show lessThe welder uses MOSFET inverter technology, which has an efficiency of 93% and guarantees a stable welding current. The result: Perfect welds. The welding arc is activated via reliable high-frequency ignition (HF).
Show more Show lessOther common operating modes for TIG welding, such as the choice between DC or AC mode or easy switching between 2- and 4-stroke welding, can be easily and directly set on the control panel.
Show more Show lessNo additional gas is required for MMA (Manual Metal Arc) welding, enabling it to be used outdoors even in strong wind. With this welding method, the welder generates a very stable current, all the while securely maintaining the voltage. This allows you to make high-quality welds on a wide variety of metals.
Show more Show lessThe hot start function on the electrode welder ensures an automatic and short-term increase of the welding current at the start of the welding process. Thanks to this “hot start”, the starting point is immediately heated to the optimal temperature and the electrodes do not clog. This creates a clean, stable weld from the very first moment.
Show more Show lessThe MMA welding clamps can grasp even large electrodes with a diameter of up to 4 mm. With the MMA welding method, you can weld materials such as steel, iron, cast iron, nickel or copper from 1,5 to 8 mm thick. The welding machine enables you to correctly install and maintain railings, stairs, gates, doors, containers or metal machinery.

Aluminium Welder - 200 A - pulse - 8 metre cable - foot pedal
The aluminium welder S-AC 200P from the Stamos Germany Pro Series stands out for its sturdy construction and excellent reliability. It is equipped for TIG welding in AC and DC mode as well as MMA welding. With a welding current up to 200 amperes, the welder can be used for any of the three welding methods, depending on the type of metal and your welding conditions. The welding cable is 8 metres long for maximum range of motion. The 4,8 metre-long cable for the foot pedal also enables you to get quite close to the object you are welding.

The welder is equipped with a MOSFET transistor. This technology represents the highest standards of performance combined with compact and lightweight design. The result is 93% efficiency! The welding current is very stable and thus ensures a perfect weld.
Show moreShow lessPowerful fans ensure an optimal removal of heat from the unit.
TIG/MIG and MAG welding require a protective gas. Inert gases, such as argon and helium, as well as active gases (for example carbon dioxide) and other mixtures can be used. The solenoid valve regulates the flow of gas. The valve is operated via a button on the torch.
Show moreShow lessOn the back of every welding machine is a screw with an earthing mark. Before use, earth the unit via a cross-section cable, which must be at least 6 mm².
This unit can also be operated using a foot pedal.
This device works with a 1-phase connection (230 V +/- 10 %).
A non-contact high-frequency ignition in TIG mode ensures a cleaner weld starting point.
Value of the arc ignition output current. This current can be adjusted at will. For precision welding, it is recommended to start with reduced power, weld smoothly and eventually adjust the current accordingly.

The output current value before the end of the weld. Welding with the final current helps prevent a crater forming at the end of the weld.
The time after the weld is finished in which gas continues to flow from the torch; this cools the burner and protects the weld from oxidation.
This function reduces the heat to the material. It is primarily suitable for welding thin plates. If MIG welding is used, it is perfect for aluminium welding.
The frequency of impulses during pulse mode.
Relation of pulse duration to period duration.
The current which maintains the arc while in pulse mode.
This is the percentage difference of the time between the positive and negative direction of the current during a welding period. This feature allows control of the width of the welding seam and the depth of penetration.
Show moreShow lessThis is the percentage difference of the time between the positive and negative direction of the current during a welding period.
Start the weld by placing pressure on the torch button. Stop the process by releasing the button.
By pressing the torch button the solenoid valve opens. allowing the gas to flow in. The gas pre-flow ignites the arc at the pre-set current. Releasing the burner button initiates a rise in the current to that of the pre-set welding current. The welding process stops once you press the burner button again.
Show moreShow lessThrough automatically boosting the tension at the ignition of the arc, this function facilitates the electrical arc ignition. After ignition, the unit automatically returns to the pre-set voltage.
Show moreShow lessThe current value increases automatically when the arc is shorter.
This function helps to prevent overheating of the electrode by switching off the welding current when the electrode sticks to the material.
A welding method in which the arc is maintained through an electrical current supplied from a non-consumable electrode. The arc is protected from the access of air by an inert gas.

Choose between the 2T and 4T mode.
TIG welding is divided into AC (alternating current) and DC (direct current) welding.
Used to switch the pulse function on and off.
By using the SHIFT key the welding mode can be selected.
