The durable plasma cutting device for workshops and production

The plasma cutting device has a cutting current of 40 A. At 100% duty cycle, 30 A are provided. The cutting current can be seamlessly adjusted between 20 and 40 A with the controller. The power is sufficient to cut carbon steel and stainless steel with a depth of up to 20 mm. The plasma cutter separates aluminium with a thickness of up to 16 mm, copper up to 12 mm. A rapid cutting speed is thereby achieved.

The plasma arc is reliably and stably ignited at high frequency. For an optimal cutting kerf, the compressed air has a follow-up time of 10 s. The air cleans the kerf and prevents contamination during cutting at the same time as the cutting torch cools.

The 4 m long plasma hose and the 3 m long grounding cable ensure a lot of freedom of movement. During extensive renovation work and industrial production, the robust steel casing proves to be reliable protection. A built-in fan cools the appliance in the event of strong heat development during operation. If the temperature nevertheless reaches a critical point, the overheating protection switches on. A sturdy handle makes for a comfortable transportation of the device.

The plasma cutter has a power factor correction (PFC). Even unstable current sources of 90 to 270 V, as can occur with a current generator, are therefore reliably compensated. As a result, the device is particularly flexible and can be used, for example, on construction sites.

GAS POST-FLOW TIME

The time taken of the output welding current to lower to that of the terminal current.

 
PULSE

This function reduces the heat to the material. It is primarily suitable for welding thin plates. If MIG welding is used, it is perfect for aluminium welding.

 
PULSE FREQUENCY

The frequency of impulses during pulse mode.

 
2-STROKE

Start the weld by placing pressure on the torch button. Stop the process by releasing the button.

 
4-STROKE

By pressing the torch button the solenoid valve opens. allowing the gas to flow in. The gas pre-flow ignites the arc at the pre-set current. Releasing the burner button initiates a rise in the current to that of the pre-set welding current. The welding process stops once you press the burner button again.
