The plasma cutter S-CUTTTER 100CNC from Stamos Power2 is specially designed for professional use with CNC machines. It has plenty of power reserves for cutting through thick metallic materials using air plasma. The plasma cutter impresses with special features such as a powder-coated sheet steel housing, high efficiency and first-class cutting quality.
S-CUTTER 100CNC—sophisticated welding functions combined with high cutting performance
With a cutting depth of up to 45 mm, the plasma cutter is equipped for demanding repair and renovation tasks as well as for efficient use in production. The high performance is made possible by the particularly reliable IGBT inverter technology. Due to the modern design inside the CNC plasma cutter, disturbances such as interference of the high-frequency high-pressure arc are avoided or reduced. For this reason, this plasma cutter is particularly impressive in combination with a CNC machine and thus forms the perfect synergy.
The plasma cutter from Stamos Power2 works with a 400 V three-phase operating voltage and cuts workpieces from a wide variety of metallic materials. These include low and high-alloy tool steels as well as the non-ferrous metals aluminium, copper and titanium. The professional plasma cutter S-CUTTER 100CNC offers you a wide range of features and outstanding characteristics that make it perfect for use in various CNC applications.
The welding current is 100 A at a duty cycle of 60 %. With a working range between 18 and 100 A the Stamos Power2 provides the necessary flexibility in the choice of cutting current. The pilot ignition works contact-free and extremely reliable.
With its 5 m long plasma hose in connection with the 3 m long ground cable, the Stamos plasma cutter offers a high degree of freedom of movement. You can also choose between 2T and 4T mode to adapt the cutting torch to your work situation.
The power unit of the plasma cutting machine is protected against damage by fan cooling and overheating protection. The cutting torch is cooled by the compressed air. Problems with the operating temperature as well as other malfunctions are indicated by an LED on the control unit.

For plasma cutting, a gas is required with which the molten metal is blown away from the work surface. Compressed air is a common solution for this. For this purpose, the plasma cutter has a compressor connection.

This device works with a 3-phase connection (400 V +/- 10 %).
The CNC connector is designed to connect the plasma cutter to CNC controls. Once connected, it will signal the THC module, which controls the height of the burner.
The time after the weld is finished in which gas continues to flow from the torch; this cools the burner and protects the weld from oxidation.
Start the weld by placing pressure on the torch button. Stop the process by releasing the button.
By pressing the torch button the solenoid valve opens. allowing the gas to flow in. The gas pre-flow ignites the arc at the pre-set current. Releasing the burner button initiates a rise in the current to that of the pre-set welding current. The welding process stops once you press the burner button again.
