The way the hydro fruit press works is as simple as it is ingenious: there is a membrane in the sieve container. If you fill the container with fruit and the membrane with water via a garden hose, it expands and presses the pressed material evenly through the perforation from the inside to the outside. The squeezed juice collects in a channel and can be filled without loss via the raised spout.

With its high capacity and a maximum working pressure of 3 bar, the hydropress 40 litres enables large quantities of fruit to be processed quickly and efficiently. The fitting with outlet and inlet (3/4'') as well as a pressure gauge makes it a breeze to use. The same applies to maintenance: as there are no rotating parts, only cleaning after use is necessary.
