The work surface is made from high-quality stainless steel. It has a size of 100x50cm to keep trays or GN-containers warm over an extended period of time. The heating element is powered by 600 watts and quickly heats the tray up to the desired temperature. The temperature ranges between 35-95°C. The shape of the heater is such that the temperature is consistently distributed over the whole surface of the tray, keeping all dishes at an even temperature.

The temperature can be adjusted from 35-95°C via a rotary knob. A status light informs you as soon as the desired temperature has been reached. The integrated thermostat keeps the device at the same level of warmth. This means that you can keep each dish ready for serving over an extended period of time.

The casing is made from easy to clean stainless steel. Its compact design and light weight of only 18.6kg allow for the device to be transported to different locations. Therefore the warming tray can easily be moved around for your catering events or buffets. Four non-slip rubber bumpers ensure a steady footing even through heavy operation.
