The free-standing countertop convection oven from Royal Catering ensures an efficient air circulation for fast and even cooking. The convector can be used for a variety of dishes such as pizzas, casseroles or chips and is optimally suited for use in restaurants, cafeterias, bistros, petrol stations but also in private households. For this multipurpose oven, we did not leave anything to chance. It was developed by the experts of one of the most influential countries in the world and probably the best in Europe when it comes to food: Italy is the epitome of the culinary world!

The heating element is powered with 2,600 W and a strong fan ensures even and fast cooking. This makes for crispy, thin doughs, juicy toppings and perfect casseroles on which the mozzarella gently melts. The convection also allows the simultaneous preparation of different foods without the need to rotate or replace the trays. The combination steamer has a thermostat which can be regulated between 100 and 260 °C and keeps the pre-set temperature constant. The integrated timer can be used optionally and set between 0 and 120 min. The steam function allows the food to be moistened during cooking to prevent the food from drying out.

The casing and interior of the convection oven is made of high-quality stainless steel, which reacts neutral when in contact with food, does not corrode or rust and is very easy to clean. The door is made of heat-resistant, double-layered glass. You always have the cooking process in view, without having to open the door. The separately connected interior lighting guarantees an appealing product presentation. The distance between the inner shelves is 25 mm each. Two baking trays and two grates are included in delivery.
