The solid shock freezer impresses not only with its freezing capacity, but also with a cooling capacity of 14 kg / 90 min, in order to keep the temperature from boiling hot to 3 °C. You can set the required settings using the buttons on the bright and clear LCD display. The operation is easy and intuitive. Fill the appliance with up to 96 L.

The practical shock freezer is made of robust and abrasion-resistant stainless steel. The material has a high resistance to mechanical and chemical stress. This makes the blast freezer ideal for daily use in the commercial sector and it has a particularly long service life. In addition, the inert material meets the high hygienic guidelines that apply in gastronomy.
