The charging process for lead-acid batteries with a capacity of 20 to 250 Ah is controlled by two practical toggle switches: 12 or 24 V and min or max. Min is the default setting for averagely discharged batteries, max is switched to for very heavily discharged batteries. Depending on whether the battery is only weakened by a lot of short trips or is almost discharged due to power-guzzling extras such as window or seat heating, you are prepared for every charging situation with the MIN or MAX levels. Before charging, always check that your battery meets the recommended battery capacity.
