You can perform over 30 different exercises using the weight station GR-PT50, The dip station can hold up to 120 kg and guarantees stability. You can perform various variations on dips and other exercises like hanging leg lifts in order to activate not only your stomach and shoulder muscles, but also arm, chest, back and leg muscles.
You can do push-ups on the push-up bar to reduce strain on the wrists. The raised position increases the range of motion during the exercise, which also allows you to go into the negative range. This especially stretches and activates the chest muscles, but the push-up bar also challenges and works out other muscle groups more efficiently.
The pull-up bar allows you to train using your own body weight. This exercise activates a lot of different muscle groups simultaneously, especially the large back muscles and the arms. You can change the focus of the exercise to different muscle groups by changing your grip direction and width. In addition to the large back muscles, the exercise also targets the lower muscle fibres of the trapezius, the rhomboid major, the rhomboid minor and the teres major.
