With the binder, you will reduce the overall energy requirement for pellet production. It reliably bonds the raw material of your briquettes and thus constantly ensures sticks with a good, low-dust consistency. You will receive 33 bags of 20 kg binder each in a practical powder form. This makes it very easy to dose. Moreover, it can be processed cold without any problems.

When producing pellets, make sure that the raw material has the correct moisture content. We recommend for:

• Coal: 5 - 7 % moisture
• Hard coal: 1.5 - 5 % moisture
• Wood: 0.5 - 2 % moisture
• Straw: 1.5 - 5 % moisture

The pellet binder consists of modified wheat starch and has a white to creamy colour. It is suitable for the production of heating pellets from sawdust, wood shavings or wood chips as well as for animal feed pellets.
