All welding methods are controlled on the clear, digital control panel with two LEDs, where you never lose track. In addition to the welding methods and basic settings for the welding current and the gas pre-flow or gas post-flow time, you have access to professionally preset parameters with which you can achieve the best results. Or use the synergy function, where you set one value to which the others are adjusted accordingly.
For MIG/MAG welding, use wire coils up to 200 mm for long welding times. The wire feeder is designed for wires with a diameter of 0.8 - 1.2 mm. Control the wire speed from 2-15 m/min and always achieve the best results in gas-shielded welding.
Or weld, also with shielding gas, using the TIG DC method and achieve precise welds from a wide variety of welding positions. With high-frequency ignition, you get a stable arc right from the start and weld powerfully with up to 200 A. If you regulate the welding current to below 110 A, you can weld without interruption. For processing thin sheets from 0.5 mm, switch on the pulse function and join almost all self-melting metals such as steel, stainless steel, copper or nickel unerringly. You weld from different positions, be it vertically, horizontally or overhead.
With the plasma torch, you can effortlessly cut through metals up to 15 mm thick with a maximum welding current of 50 A. The plasma arc is generated with compressed air, which cools the torch during cutting and leaves a clean cut edge. As with gas-shielded welding methods, choose a 2-stroke or 4-stroke operation for your cutting work. Ignite the pilot arc with high frequency.
You weld outdoors and in strong winds? Then choose electrode welding (MMA). The method works without additional gas. The welder delivers a very stable current - ideal for good welding results. The VDR function provides more safety for electric hand welding, especially in humid environments. Thanks to the hot-start function, you briefly achieve an increased welding current when starting the welding process, so that you weld stably and cleanly from the very first moment.
