This transaction started badly, i understood it to be next day delivery, totally unaware this was coming from overseas, The communication was great and even though it was from overseas it was here within the week. The product is absolutely fantastic and a very good price, very happy with the experience.

I went back to buy this scale after 5 years following a simple breakage of one of the pins that holds the support plate and I noticed with pleasure that the support pins are now made not of rigid but softer material and I believe that the study /internal research has already studied and solved the problem. I would like a possible repair service to be advertised if it exists. The scale is very good and ... long-lived
