So purchased this and a cheese warmer to add to our startup for loaded nachos. I was going to buy the cheaper one and just change the bulb but when ordered that one was out of stock. This is the same unit just with a multicolour led lamp which images to say works really well. Unit warms up ok. Haven’t tried it with a full load of nachos yet but I think you will need to dig from the bottom to make sure you get the warmest but that’s nature of all of these types of units. The scoop as others have said is a bit on the cheap side. I’m personally not a fan of metal scoops as they can scratch so a plastic one would be better. The top lid doesn’t fit in a positive fashion and just rests in place and can easily be knocked or misaligned, but does its job, it could just be a little better with a more positive engagement. If I could make one improvement on the design that would be to add transport catches to the doors to prevent them coming open when on the move. A bungee cord will have to make do for me here. Have to say the delivery process with expondo is a breeze. Actually arrived earlier than expected.with FedEx delivery updates all the time. This is my third time purchasing from these guys and everytime it has been a week measure to deal with them. Overall very happy with the unit and it looks the part with the LED lighting too. I didn’t think I would like the green coloured POS but now seeing it I prefer it to the red.
