great product nothing to complain about over time
First of all, I have to say that I did a lot of research and compared many brands. I ended up choosing between Royal Catering and Hendi products. Both are great but I have to say that after some testing it became clear that pretty much no one other than home brewers and wok cooks needs the unnecessary power of Hendi. On the other hand, the RC comes in an extremely compact and well thought out form, which fits even the smallest ones Kitchen units fit without being bulky. Big advantages that were previously underestimated are: 1. The absolutely pleasant and quiet operating tone/tweeter, which is a rarity among induction cookers.2. Fast and effective ventilation. This is not a simple timer after the device is switched off, but rather measures the actual temperature in the device and therefore switches off the fan almost immediately in 99% of cases (which is generally quieter than the competition).3. The temperatures are maintained exactly (except for 100°C, where the device tends to reach 105-110 and although it won't switch constantly, it could overcook some dishes). The device basically switches much less often than Hendi and approaches the temperatures more carefully.4. There are no disadvantages when frying - if you use a good pan, you can reach the frying temperatures for typical household quantities just as quickly as with the more powerful models. You shouldn't be fooled by the 1800W - far better coils are used here than in the cheap models, where hardly anything gets through. I can confirm the 22cm spool size.5. No coil whine at all (occurs in a large proportion of models).6. Has well thought-out fan clearances at the bottom, which supply the fans even if not all of the external feet are in place. I got the device for a little cheaper directly from the same importer, but I wanted to praise it here too, as it is very underrated for the quality that you get receives.

Stable metal frame, scratch-resistant surface and much more compact than all other models. I checked the set temperatures in the cooking pot with a thermal imaging camera; there is just a 1°C temperature deviation. The 60°C setting is perfect. The device provides direct information as to whether the pot or pan is compatible. Noise level is acceptable, regardless of why the fan always runs at full load in each device instead of dynamically regulating it as needed. Product is really great!
I am giving you this feedback after 1 month of use. I am satisfied with this double induction hob that I use in my breakfast room to keep scrambled eggs and bacon at temperature. Its size is quite small (compared to others) which is an advantage. It doesn't make too much noise and is very easy to use.
I didn't believe in its advantages compared to gas....well yes!! Maintains the displayed T° exactly.
High-quality hob that is very robust thanks to the stainless steel housing. Not a rickety camping tableware, but a fully-fledged additional plate. I can. Oh, nothing to say about long-term use, but TOP for starters.
The device corresponds exactly to the description. It was delivered quickly and well packaged. Everything works well straight away. The device is now in use every day. We are very happy with it.
This induction hob is aesthetic and robust. It cleans easily. There might be residual heat indicators for safety. On the instructions, I ask Royal Catering to complete it. Indeed, how to prepare food with Power mode (power in watts) or Temp mode (temperature in °C)? These two cooking methods are independent. To heat milk, I would set it to 80°C. The maximum power of the back plate is 1700 watt, which I assume corresponds to a rapid heat-up temperature of 240°C. I recommend purchasing this plate.
